26. For assassination?

You'd have to ask the person/people who left that happy balloon at the scene of the crime. What did their balloon say? CEO Down. That kind of sounds like he or they have more in mind.

My initial thought about this, like most everyone else, was that the shooter had a loved one whose claim was denied, causing suffering. Now, I'm not so sure because that balloon was pretty creepy. If I had to guess, now, I'd say it's a radical anti capitalist group of people. If that's the case, there could be more they have planned.
