Why would you have to train a group of men to treat a woman equally on the battlefield? If any particular individual, male or female, can't perform his or her expected duties, they're gone. If the lady is on the battlefield, she is equal. What Hegseth is really saying is that some military men resent having to respect a fellow female soldiers because they don't respect women in general...
