Pedo Trump was saying?

He talked about getting the US executive branch involved in bitcoin at his rallies and interviews. He repeated it several times. And of course it's a scam.

It's all any of those Trump oligarchs do but scam the little guy. Dictators always drain the government coffers. It's really one of the only reasons they want to be dick-taters. It's what Putin does.
