Is lying and bullshitting and successfully explaining away their incompetence to their target audience. How will they do it? Incredible inhumane cruelty. Will they succeed? Absolutely not. They will fuck up this plan and of course blame it on others in an orchestrated manner. By this time next year the few good republicans left in Washington will be in revolt mode.
