42. Sold in 2013 to Al Jazeera Media Network and was replaced by Al Jazeera America

It tanked and closed down in 2016. I'm shocked, SHOCKED that a media empire run by a member of the Qatari ruling family picked a name that would play well at home but wasn't exactly focus-group tested for how the name would play here in the States.

Relevant to this general discussion, from from 2011 to 2013, The Young Turks actually aired on Current TV.
