This is horrific.
She didn't threaten anyone.
Unless Florida has changed their laws (and I'm sure they haven't), she was just being a smart alec.

Luigi is no hero!
But this woman sorta is!
She didn't break a single law.

OTOH: I'm pretty sure charges will be dropped unless there is more to this story. (I didn't click the link)
Now if she threatened to kill them, then that's a different story. I guess she deserves a day in the pokey.
Even if she verbally threatened to kill them, I'm pretty sure charges will be dropped and she will be credited with time served.
