Osso Bucco served with Tagliatelle Pasta and a Pecan Fire Roasted Tomato Sauce with Convection Roasted Mushrooms

The sushi rolls sounds gorgeous, but Osso Bucco is my weak, weak spot. Dreadfully weak.
