20. This is exactly why I can't listen to media anymore...

...I suspect I'm not alone. I feel they really don't understand what's going on. I also suspect that the lack of interest and low media ratings are one of the reasons we're being accused of dropping out. But that is not evidence of dropping out of the fight. That is merely a decision to protect our energies while we figure out strategies for the coming storm. Many of us are using more powerful weapons than ever, such as withholding funds from places we used to spend freely, including Amazon, NYT, WAPO among other media and retailers for starters. We're forming local alliances, committing to use our brains and energy to the most effective means of resistance with the goal of protecting voters and electing strong leaders. Whatever happens, we have to be able to fill vacancies with the right candidates who are committed to democracy.
