with SiriusXM satellite radio there's the Progress channel. There's UK news free and live on YouTube, along with news from Germany, France, etc... There's Al Jazeera, which is fantastic.
There's free streaming Free Speech TV. You can watch breaking news headlines on Google News 24/7 (or some alternative, if you are ruling out use of Google). I think what he's saying is we don't give our eyes or ears to the major networks or social media platforms like X and Facebook. Don't know his opinion of Bluesky.

I might glue myself to satellite radio that day and keep the internet off.

There are so many possibilities!
