That’s actually refreshing. So many threads here claiming anyone - family, friend, neighbor or mere acquaintance supporting the other side is automatically disowned or told they can no longer be talked to, even in casual settings.

Good on you for at least talking to your neighbors enough to know more about them. You never know, more neighborly talking and they might just change their mind. Let’s hope so.
