3. Does he even know what he can and can't legally do?

We eat, drink and smoke all kinds of things that aren't good for us. The Almighty Free Market (All praise the Free Market, amen) makes sure that if there's demand, businesses are legally allowed to supply them.

The few things that are banned are merrily consumed anyway. The prices are higher, that's all.

He actively wants to push foods like raw milk that can actually kill people, especially babies and children. I mean, hell, he eats scavenged dead animals, some of which are legally protected even after death, and that's risky as hell to his health, as well as being illegal.

No ban ever bothered him, and no risk is too great if he wants to do it. Why should we listen to him and what makes him think he can make us?
