64. I'm like you, Dem4life

I've never understood why people can't just be nice to one another. I have loved diversity my entire life and it always gets me when someone makes negative remarks about someone unlike them. I grew up in a "Sun-down Town". When I was in the second grade (a very long time ago) we got a new student and she was black. I was thrilled to death to have the little girl in my class.. I remember being so sad the next day when she didn't come back.
I know, I got off track there. But every time someone says something gossipy to me about someone else, I always wonder what they are saying about me behind my back. And now we have people who look down their noses at educated people, no matter how kind they are. They seem to be proud of their ignorance and hate of others who aren't like them.
Now they have a Savior in the fucking White House!
