Did Sen Klobuchar failed to answer Joy Reid's question? [View all]

While watching MSNBC's The Reid Out, Joy pointed out to Senator Klobuchar that she voted to confirm 8 of Trump's nominees.

She then asked the Senator, "why vote for any of Trump's nominees to be confirm?"

Senator Klobuchar's answer was to point out how many she voted against.

That's not an answer.
