19. Is Trump "screwing" with the market, making it go up and down with "tariff talk".

I find it highly suspicious that Trump will say he’s going to do Tariffs, the market crashes. Then he turns around a few days later and says “never mind - we’re not going to do tariffs” or “that we’re going to do it on THIS date, not today” and the market goes up. He keeps on doing this over and over again. Tariffs on, tariffs off. If I had access to Trump, was a big investor, and could hear what he was going say about tariffs that day or week, I would be tempted to time the market and make a bundle with futures/options.we know he’s not the sharpest tool in the shed so is there someone in his ear telling him what to do?
