15. That is what graphic artists and illustrators do for a living

I always illustrated with this in mind. You want a single, strong, clear image and only a few words. My protests signs get tons of compliments and many people have taken photos of them. An image of tRump behind bars, with a Hitler mustache and hair cut, and a big red ball on his nose. Those images don't even need any words. You can use dollar signs, red circles with slashes, etc don't need words, since their meaning is obvious.

Also, I get more bang for my buck, so to speak, if I make it a double sided poster/sign. I make one side of a poster and tape a strong dowel then I make another poster and tape ot to the edges of the other poster. The dowel is comfortable to carry and hold and you can twirl it to show both signs.
