Here's the kind of help I think he needs in order to save millions of other lives.

I don't think Musk has changed as much as he has been revealed. I think all of his philanthropic, altruistic, or high-minded talk was always garbage. It was a spiel designed to quell criticism, part of his con. The abject cruelty he shows toward others isn't something you develop overnight. He was always a monster and now he feels free to let it loose.
