moved to Canada
got very, very sick - died a few years ago now
young children,wife
knew him from the Kerry-Edwards board and the followup CGCS
I know he also was here however don't know if he used that name on one of the older versions of DU

Had a great sense of humor, down to earth, his jokes were the groaner types I liked.
Miss him greatly

He wrote a final post most likely weeks or even days before the end, heartbreaking, always wish someone had contact info to let his family know how much he meant to all of us.
Don't think there was a person on the boards who didn't like him.

at various times his avatar was either the chimps playing cards, or Curly of the Three Stooges

Love you MrJim, think of you often, miss you.
Wish I got the chance to know you outside of the net.
