Would you believe there are some demented people who try to make enchilladas with flour tortillas? Imagine the gooey mess that results...

Actually, there are some large grocery stores in parts of this great country that carry stacks of flour tortillas, but no corn ones, other than the boxed folded and fried hard shells. I pity the poor people who live there... (I discovered this when I was doing my rotation taking care of my mother and wanted to make quesadillas for lunch - nary a decent tortilla to be found.)
