13. Wow. Looks like Russian is setting up TWO puppet governments...

He has set one up in the U.S.? Now, he wants to set up Artemenko in the Ukraine as a puppet President.

Artemenko has no authority, it seems, to be presenting any sort of plan re Ukraine. He is not an elected official or representative of Ukraine. He's an interloper. Is this a coup in the making?

This is complicated. All the players and complex connections that go back years.
