"Default" judgment for missing a 5 pm discovery-related reply where the government did not oppose the grant of a nunc pro tunc extension where there is no history of missing deadlines? In a criminal case? What would this "default" look like? Directed guilty verdict in the case? Denial of the motion even though a reply isn't required?

Not in my four decades of federal court experience, including as a district court clerk.
