These ads were created by the Democratic party's "House Majority PAC".

I.e., they are supposed to be supportive of (D) candidates in what may be "swing districts" to hit at their opponents, tying them to the anti-abortion GOP.

*Technically* a PAC isn't supposed to be aligned to a candidate but to issues that might impact the candidates.
