47. Black youth 9x more likely to be incarcerated than white youth in Colorado

In the US, "black youth remain vastly more likely to be incarcerated than their white peers. Black youth are almost five times as likely as their white peers to be held in juvenile facilities."

In Colorado: 457 black youths incarcerated compared to 49 white youths; Ratio = 9.3
