Its their main weapon, threatening whoever acts against or says anything bad about their dear leader.This weapon needs to be taken away from them.
I don't know how they figured out it was this guy making the threats but that method needs to be made more widely available and used way more often and the resulting sentences published way more often.
Then this might actually act as a deterrent.
