Each earning $20+ per hour, working 25 to 35 hours per week.

Even though they are considered 'part-time' (because of the weekly hours not being 40), they still get full medical and dental here in CA. The hours are flexible. Two work nights and weekends, two work morning shifts, and one works doing the "heavy lifting" (he's former military used to lifting heavy objects 40, 50, 60 lbs.) throughout the week.

So, yeah, it might be real.

They are working out well, so their hours will be extended to 35 or more as they desire (they will be asked if they can work more, and which days/shifts can be added or extended).

We also added two high-schoolers, but because of federal labor laws (for minors, they being under 18), they can only work at most 4 hours per day. They typically work after school, the afternoon shifts, from around 3pm to 7pm about 3 days per week (their choice), one M,W,F, the other, T,W,Th..
