it's "all mail voting" by default (although I read that they make some "in person" voting available). The "drop box" obviously saves postage costs for a county, but I would think states that do this would have far more boxes around in general, than other states.

Here in Philly, because of all the hullaboo in 2020, they put the boxes at locations that have surveillance cameras available or that are "inside a facility" (like a rec center) that is staffed with election workers.
