3. That thing was making the rounds in different cities

and I had seen something posted about it on DU earlier this month (or last month).

When I heard about this on the radio this morning, I knew what they were talking about, but was trying to figure out how they would "install" that, along with the crane, in that location. Then I found the article and a pic!

(I used to substitute teach in Kensington so know the area, although haven't been over there in many many years and I know they are finally trying to clean it up after it had literally and sadly, become a drug addict haven and dumping ground neighborhood)
