Which would make sense since it's been for sale for months. They usually remove many personal items and clutter, etc.

It's also possible that he's since removed more items. The pictures from the real estate listing could probably be used to see what's left and what's gone. The pictures would have been taken months ago.

The question then is what was done with the stuff that was removed, either initially or later.
