5. The problem with inciteful, violent rhetoric . . .

is that there are empty heads out there who want to take it to the next level.

Of course the inciteful, violent rhetoric is worded in such a way that the speaker can claim deniability, but the empty heads don't realize that and happily (stupidly) overstep into illegal territory.

Hopefully Gregory Mitzel is happy to 'take one for the team'.

He might be able to share a cell with the armed guy who showed up at a pizza place to free the nonexistent children kept in slavery in the nonexistent basement of the pizza shop!
