....what could be done about it? Oh, you can say go to court, but even if his appointees rule against him, he can just ignore them. If the state of New York objects, he can just tell them to go to hell. And of course, no matter what he does in his "official capacity", he will be immune from any countervailing actions.

What person or entity will force the trial of Bannon? NONE!
