(2,954 posts)17. They are starting with Medicaid and welfare programs to see what kind of backlash they will get.
We need to give them a huge backlash about this. Because if this goes down easy for them they will put Social Security and Medicare up for the chopping pronto! I hope there is a huge turn out for protecting the safety net of those of us who are in the hardest spot. If not we get what we deserve!

Plus if they try they're punished as their benefits can be reduced so they're still trapped in poverty.
