It is my hope of hopes that the USSC doesn’t take this as a chance to overturn Obergefell. Scary times ahead. It’s my fear Red states will be trying to get as many civil rights decisions in front of this Court as possible in the next few years. I can only wonder how far back they’ll push the legal landscape.
