I can see the FCC lawyers in court, inquiring as to how Disney came to hire Pocahontas, Coco, Moana, and the Genie from Aladdin when there were perfectly good white cartoon characters they could've hired.

"Your Honor, the government would like to enter into the record documents showing that there hasn't been a new Snow White movie in DECADES, not even a sequel! They've made lots of sequels, but not Snow White, and we'll be presenting evidence to the jury showing exactly why that is!

Also, we have witnesses who will testify that Ms. Snow's agent Max McWhyterson has been blacklisted by Disney's goons, and also that their DEI-hired lawyers have been in contact with the representative for the Sesame Street characters "Bert and Ernie" recently!

The jury will also be hearing from lawyers from the estates of the white actors who appeared in the beloved Disney classic "The Song of the South" who have unfairly seen their royalties trickle to 0 over the past 30 years due to Disney ceasing to sell that product (as well as its associated promotional merchandise) because DEI! Its estimated that the portion of revenue lost from the elementary school sector alone has cost the families upwards of US$12B over that time span!
