8. Other than Roberts, I don't think any of the conservatives feel any pressure at all.

As I noted, he's trying to save the legacy of "his" court so he has some skin in the game. That would be important if the court was closer to evenly split, but it's not, of course.

I don't see any motivation at all for the others to bow to pressure from their fellow justices. At present, there are no consequences to their actions, and public criticism by other justices isn't really a new thing.
