9. Starship allegedly will launch Sunday in Boca Chica

...lots of local buzz about Musk going to launch the next Starship from Boca Chica, TX without FAA license on Sunday morning, Oct 13. Apparently he's already done it in Florida once, at least, resulting in fines, and Musk is allegedly pissed about all the FAA license delays. He complained recently that they were "ready" to launch 2 months ago. The FAA has said more than once no license will be issued till late November.

Musk is such an unbalanced punk, it wouldn't surprise me if he launches Sunday without a license.
