He is the one who on national television had a meltdown following the Trump-Biden debate and made good on his threat to go to donors. Overnight, there was all this push to force out a sitting president. It was all him, nobody else.

Of course he doesn't like Harris. He didn't want Harris, either. He wanted somebody like Landreu or Mark Warner, people who couldn't win nationally.
