We're having a family friend of my wife's over for dinner tonight. Every time we get together, she spends the first 1/2 hour catching us up on relatives I don't know and what illnesses they have and who's died. The Disease and Death report, as I like to call it. They're Greek, so maybe it's a cultural thing.
