That wooden mallet is just the thing to loosen the ice that builds up in the chest freezer. Ive even taken it to work because I do pharmacy shipping and the gel packs tend to build up ice so you cant get them out. Weirdly useful item in a big way!
The thing Im pitching is a set of those plastic spoons for Chinese food that look like wee spoon rests. My son got them because hes an impulse shopper and has never ONCE used them. Were on the verge of a move and those suckers are about to fall into a black hole (along with a shit ton of other useless goodies).

Throw out any black non stick type cooking utensils. Like black slotted spoons and spatulas.
