23. As you get older, one starts to contemplate the manner of exiting this life.

If one was somehow able to look back and observe the manner of their death, I think a sudden cardiac event would certainly be preferable to say, a prolonged battle with cancer or a much shorter bout of rabies or hemorrhagic type disease or perhaps everything other than peacefully exiting this mortal coil in one’s sleep unexpectedly.

Apologies, got a bit carried away on a day we should all be able to find at least something to be grateful for.
