5. Hitchhiking at night back in 1971. Went to a concert

and had to split up with my friend who lived a few miles from me. It was 1:00 am. Got a ride with a guy who was clearly drunk and he tried to make a move on me. He stopped at a stop sign and I jumped out of the car and ran to a nearby home (not mine). When I was sure he was gone, I walked the rest of the way home which was about 1/2 mile. My parents were still up waiting for me. It was a different time. I’m a female and hitch hiked everywhere back then.
