So the other day I was sitting [View all]

on a bench in a local park. A woman stopped and looked in my direction and smiled and continued to smile.

Now, as I had mentioned in a previous post, my wonderful wife of 40 years died last year. An encounter of this park kind I have no capacity. I think of sort of acknowledged her, but she moved on. I thought that was interesting.

After a moment I heard a noise behind me. What do I see all its glory was a leash less dog grinning, apparently at her, than me.

Dogged by Doggo. My wife would have laughed her ass off.
