24. Boxers are wonderful dogs

Soon after my parents were married they had a boxer named "Charm" who would raise a fuss in the morning if the place where she normally sat at the table didn't have her cup of coffee and plate of butter toast. She would sit there and enjoy her breakfast with the humans. Her son, whose name I can't reveal because it's used in so many security questions, was my constant companion when I was a baby. He'd watch over me when my mom would put me outside in a playpen on warm days.
