Must have skin on. Rub On salt, paprika, onion and garlic powder and refrigerate overnight. Dip in whole milk buttermilk and egg, dredge in seasoned flour, fry in peanut oil.

Don't soak too long in buttermilk -- doesn't get as crispy.
