Louis Wolchonok. Probably one thing holding his prices back are that he was quite prolific. He created art in many mediums and he was a teacher and wrote books on perspective and other artistic aspects. He was active from the 1920's through the '70's. I have a piece from the late 1920's, 2 from the '50's and 1 from the mid to late '60's.
