11. I certainly leave the wolves alone, and I don't say anything about them to hunters that I encounter.

But the wolves are hunted .. legally and illegally. I had several hunters visit the lookout tower this past fire season who had "tags" to hunt wolves. Many nights I heard wolves down in the drainages, but I have never actually seen one on the peak. But I did one morning see what might have been wolf droppings .. the "pile" was too big for a coyote (which I NEVER see, suprisingly).
