Since mnhttnbb won't be around when the week is over in a couple of days, or thereabouts, I will not do anything right now because the discussion seems good and needed and overdue.

YET:
I don't know enough, as I have clearly shown, to approach the powers that be at DU to speak intelligently about our intentions.
Is there anyone who will take this to them and get it approved?
