In the state blessed with more sunshine than any other in U.S., the evil pairing of Rethuglican dark money (gee thanks, Supreme Court assholes) & APS (money-grubbing electric company) has shut down any hope of solar energy. If I want to use solar panels on my roof to save money on my electric bill and help save the planet, I have to pay a penalty, I repeat, A PENALTY, of $50 a month!
