The article is dated 8/29/2019 which says the Organ Pipe area will get 2 new miles of border wall in August and September and dozens more in October, and does not provide an information source. 'Dozens more in October' implies a lot of unprecedented construction. Thom Hartmann is very careful when reporting clarifications of media stories. I also trust TexasTowelie, which is why the first part of the post uses the article's description that construction 'will' start. The article is an opinion piece from a wildlife advocacy outlet.

I think we can all agree that Trump's big deal will be any new construction he can visit and show off.
