with the ACLU lawsuit.

Current precedent from the state Supreme Court still makes abortion legal until 24 weeks if I recall correctly. Let's see if the lower courts actually gives a fuck about precedent until the case gets to the state Supreme Court.

That may push enforcement of the law back a little and give more time but keep your fingers crossed because that is still up in the air.
