1. That case is really messed up..... how the hell could this NOT be a crime????

NOBODY is going to crawl into a rolled up gym mat on his own accord, that kid had 'help' getting into that situation. It's a shame that his parents are getting screwed over because the local DA and police won't do their jobs.
