What a complete fucking idiot. I just got home a few hours ago after spending 2 days in a motel and I'm PISSED. (And I readily admit that I was one of the lucky ones because I was able to get a motel room where I was warm and had a bed to sleep in.) This was absolute insanity, they were completely unprepared.
